Please note catering is not confirmed until we have received payment for your meals. The return of this form and payment for food are required 14 days prior to the party, otherwise food allocation may be cancelled. Food allocated eating time is for a duration of 45 minutes. It is important you leave the catering outlet as another party will follow yours.

Upon receiving your form, a member of staff will be in touch with confirmation and to process the payment of £7.50 per meal.
