Guildford Underwater Hockey Club

The Guildford Underwater Hockey Club meets twice a week at the Spectrum!

The Guildford Underwater Hockey Club meets twice a week at the Spectrum, it’s a fast and fun sport played with a puck at the bottom of a pool, using mask, fins and snorkel.

We play in the Competition pool on Sundays with sessions for Juniors and beginners, then advanced juniors and adults, we also have a game mid-week in the Dive pit.

Underwater hockey (or octopush) is ideal for confident swimmers of any age / size / fitness; if you are bored with lane swimming, or want to play a team sport, come and have a try.

For more details, pictures, videos and timetable of our next session, please visit the GUWH website here or find us on X, Facebook and Instagram.

Age range for participation: 8+ (may be younger if a confident swimmer)
